Jacqueline is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in the field of pre and post natal exercise prescription. As a former National Childbirth Trust antenatal teacher and mother to five children she is uniquely skilled at understanding the demands placed on women at this exciting and life-changing time. Jacqueline has worked with numerous women, helping them to stay active throughout pregnancy right through to delivery and advising on appropriate nutrition strategies to support theirs and their baby’s health.

Following the birth Jacqueline is able to work with new mums to help them regain their pre pregnancy body, lose excess baby weight and gain strength and stamina to cope with the demands of motherhood.

In addition to one-to-one training from Her Garden Gym Jacqueline runs Group Post Natal classes for new mums with their babies in buggy’s. These classes, which are held outside, are a great way for new mums to shape up as well as meet other mums and babies.
